One kid had a headache, the other was asleep, and our middle child was dressed in blue and ready to go.
We walked to ARTISANS BOULANGERS PATISSIERS, and I ordered breakfast in the worst French.
“Good job,” the woman said in her best English.
“English is a sweet language,” she continued.
We laughed in a language we both understood.

This rainbow lunch—including the kids favorite orange FANTA—was less than TEN euros. That’s all.

At the local supermarket, Hubby scanned the items in Google translate so that I am sure I’m buying flour and not some other white substances.

Markolee and I made our first French meal: Poulet a l l’estragon. The sauce was so delicious, the kids even walked again to the BOULANGERS to get a baguette to soak up the extra sauce..
Seriously…
Tarragon and I are officially friends.

Without a doubt, my favorite place to be is wherever Ontonio is… and so we end the day with a glass of wine.
Adieu, les amis.
Until next time, Be Well.
